• We aim to ship orders within 2 Working days; most orders are shipped on a next day basis (TV's over 43" are shipped via a specialist courier and may take up to 3-5 working days to be delivered depending on postcode).
• You will receive a despatch notification email containing your tracking number when your item is despatched.
• Delivery of your item will take place between Monday-Friday and between the hours of 08:00am-20:00pm and must be signed for at the registered Paypal address, it will NOT be left in safe places or with neighbours.
• For orders delivered via DPD, deliveries will be attempted twice, with a calling card left each time. If the item is returned to us as a failed delivery after 2 attempts, the order will be cancelled and refunded once we receive the item back. A Fee of £10.00 may be charged for any further delivery attempts.
• Large Screen deliveries will only be attempted on one occasion. If this delivery fails the cost of a second delivery attempt will be chargeable.

Large Screen TVs (Over 43”)

• If you have provided us with a mobile telephone number, our large screen couriers will send a text message to confirm the day of delivery.

• On the day of delivery, the courier will advise an estimated 3 hour time slot for delivery. Please be aware the driver will attempt delivery on this day even if there is no response to the email.
• Please be aware: If there is no one home to take delivery on the date agreed the courier will return the unit & a second delivery attempt will be chargeable.

Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel:

• If the item was delivered by Royal Mail or if you collected the item yourself then you will be required to return it at your expense via the same method.
• All return items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all accessories supplied and original packaging.
• A full refund (including original carriage charge) of the order will be processed upon the items arrival at Electrical-Deals.

Faulty Products - Within 60 Days:

If your item develops a fault within 60 days of the date you received it we will offer a full refund or replacement (if the item you ordered is out of stock we will offer an equivalent model)

• If the item was originally delivered by Initial City Link / DPD / Specialist courier, Electrical-Deals will arrange a FOC collection at your choice of UK Mainland address.

• All return items must be securely packaged in the original packaging and complete with all accessories supplied.
• If you have elected to receive a replacement, then a swap out will be arranged at any UK mainland address of your choice.
• If you have elected to return the item for a refund, then this will be processed upon the items arrival at Electrical-Deals.

Faulty Products - After 60 Days (Excluding cosmetic/accidental damage or customer misuse)

If your item develops a fault after 60 days of the date you received it, but within the 12 Month warranty period we will offer a FOC repair upon receipt of the item. You are responsible (including costs) for returning the item to us via a trackable method.

• Please contact us via the eBay messaging service to request a unique Returns reference number.
• Return the item to us at, Electrical-Deals, Manchester Road, Hollinwood, Oldham, OL9 7AA.
• The item must be securely packaged, preferably in the original packaging using the inserts supplied. - We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages that occur whilst in transit.
• Upon receipt of your item we will provide a FOC repair including any mechanical parts, if in the unlikely event the unit is beyond economical repair we will provide a like for like replacement.
• When we have repaired your item we will return it to your choice of any UK Mainland address FOC and contact you beforehand.
• Our FOC repair service excludes cosmetic/accidental damage and customer misuse. In the event of an item being returned to us for these reasons we will contact you and provide an estimate for repair or ask you to collect the item from us at your expense.

What does Refurbished mean?

Our products are not new (unless stated otherwise on the listing) but are Refurbished. Our items may have been ex-display, overstock or customer returns. They have been received by ourselves and checked over by a qualified engineer. Where items have been found to have a minor fault, this has been fully repaired. This means that the products are in full working order and will come boxed with the necessary accessories.

What are your delivery times?

All our products are delivered next working day (this excludes some remote rural areas which may take a few extra days) if ordered before 1pm. If you have ordered a small item then your product will be delivered by DPD between 9am-5pm. If you have ordered a TV above 43 inch then your item will be delivered by Panther between 7am-7pm. Unfortunately we are unable to ask for a specific time however the delivery company should contact you on the day of delivery with a time slot.

Do you offer returns?

We offer 30 days ‘no quibble’ seller paid returns so you can be assured that you are happy with your product when it arrives.

What if my product develops a fault?

If your product develops a fault within the guarantee period set on the listing page, please contact us via eBay message and we will be happy to assist you. This could mean you get a replacement product, a free of charge repair or a refund depending on the fault. Cosmetic/accidental damage and customer misuse are excluded from the warranty provided.

How do you measure a TV screen?

The industry standard for measuring a TV screen is diagonally top corner to opposite bottom corner, some people measure the TV across the top which is incorrect.

What is the difference between HD Ready, Full HD and 4K resolution?

So firstly, the resolution on TVs is measured in pixels and is most commonly measured width x height to get the total number of pixels. Most terrestrial TV channels broadcast in 578i and therefore you are unlikely to see much difference in the different resolution TVs if you’re watching a standard TV channel. HD channels such as BBC One HD broadcast in 1080i.

• HD Ready TVs have a maximum resolution of 720p (1366 x 768), this is the now the lowest resolution TV available.
• Full HD which is 1080p (1920 x 1080), as you can see this has slightly more pixels therefore improving picture quality however you will only notice the difference if you connect a device that is playing in Full HD such as a DVD player.
• 4K resolution also known as Ultra HD is the next resolution available currently. This is known as 2160p (3840 x 2160). This has around four times the amount of pixels compared to Full HD so will provide an even crispier picture when there is 4K content being shown on the TV through a Blu-ray player or a streaming service.

What does SMART TV mean?

Many TV’s can now access a range of “online” features such as, YouTube, BBC iPlayer, basic web browsing, social apps and more, along with access to catch up services. Not all units have this feature and please check the item description prior to purchase. You will also require an internet connection in order to access these services.

What is the difference between LED, QLED and OLED screens?

LED and QLED TVs are similar to each other as they each use LCD panels with LED backlights; the only difference is that QLED TVs use a quantum dot layer that allows them to produce a wider range of colours. OLED panels are completely different, as the pixels are self-lit and can turn themselves off when needed, allowing the TV to produce perfect blacks.

Picture quality between different OLED models doesn't differ much, as they each offer similar picture quality. However, picture quality can change a lot between QLED and LED models, and there are even different types of LED-backlit LCD panels that have unique characteristics.

What is the difference between Freeview, Freesat and Freeview Play?

Freeview, Freesat, and Freeview Play are all TV services that offer a variety of channels, including popular UK channels and on-demand content.

Freeview

• A traditional linear TV service that uses an aerial to deliver content. You can receive Freeview channels with a TV set-top box or a TV with a built-in Freeview tuner. Freeview Lite is a cheaper version that offers only the 15 most popular channels.



Freesat

• A satellite alternative to Freeview that offers a similar selection of channels without a subscription. • The latest version of Freeview that combines linear TV with on-demand and catch-up TV from various broadcasters. You can also use Freeview Play to watch shows from the previous week in the EPG, or scroll back through the last seven days to catch up on shows you've missed.

Embedded Multi-Media Cards (eMMC), solid-state drives (SSDs), and hard disk drives (HDDs) are all data storage devices, but they have different features and uses.

eMMC

• An advanced NAND flash memory package that combines flash memory and a flash memory controller on a single silicon die. eMMC is a popular choice for mobile devices like smartphones, tablets, GPS systems, and eReaders. SSD

What is RAM?
